VellureCase ships exclusively to addresses inside the United States. At checkout, each customer is shown the available shipping methods, what each one costs, and the estimated delivery window that applies to their order before any payment is confirmed.
Once an order is confirmed, it enters our domestic fulfillment network and is later handed off to a national or regional carrier for the final delivery leg; the carrier assigned depends on both the destination and the shipping method selected at checkout.
Shipping Options & Costs
At checkout, anyone shipping within the United States can select from the following methods:
- Free Standard Shipping — priced at $0.00 USD and applied automatically to every order
- Insured Shipping + Priority Processing — offered for a flat $4.95 USD
- Priority Express Shipping — offered for a flat $9.95 USD
Picking either paid option, Insured Shipping + Priority Processing or Priority Express Shipping, moves the order toward the front of our processing line and adds protection coverage for that shipment.
The shipping method selected at checkout is saved to the order and remains visible both on the confirmation email and within the order details in the customer's account.
Order Processing
Order Cut-off Time: 12:00 PM Eastern Time
Processing Time: 0–2 business days
Preparation happens Monday through Friday and does not proceed on officially recognized holidays.
Orders placed after that cut-off time typically enter the queue to begin processing on the following business day.
Processing time reflects only the work of readying a package for carrier pickup and is measured separately from the transit time the carrier requires once the shipment leaves our facility.
Delivery Timeframes
Free Standard Shipping
- Order Preparation: 0–2 business days
- Time in Transit: 7–9 business days
- Estimated Arrival: 7–11 business days
Insured Shipping + Priority Processing
- Order Preparation: 0–2 business days
- Time in Transit: 6–8 business days
- Estimated Arrival: 6–10 business days
Priority Express Shipping
- Order Preparation: 0–2 business days
- Time in Transit: 5–7 business days
- Estimated Arrival: 5–9 business days
These figures are estimates, not guaranteed delivery dates. Delays can occur because of carrier disruptions, extreme weather, holiday closures, a seasonal jump in shipment volume, or a delivery address that lacked complete, accurate details at checkout, along with other factors beyond our control.
Order Tracking
As soon as tracking information becomes available for a shipment, we share it through the shipping confirmation notice or the order record in the customer's account.
A newly issued tracking number sometimes needs a short interval before the carrier's system reflects movement, so please allow a little time after dispatch for an update to appear.
Questions about where a shipment currently stands can be directed to our support team using the contact details provided later on this page.
Shipping Restrictions
Delivery under this policy is limited to addresses within the United States; VellureCase does not currently ship internationally.
We are unable to deliver to PO Boxes, APO, FPO, or DPO addresses, or to any location that falls outside our supported delivery network.
Confirming that the delivery information entered at checkout is complete and correct remains the customer's responsibility before an order is submitted.
Lost or Damaged Packages
Should a package show up damaged, or never arrive within its estimated delivery window, please contact our team at:
Email: support@vellurecase.com
Let us know your order number, together with any other details that could help, so we can look into the shipment quickly.
A member of our team will look into the order and its tracking history and, where needed, liaise with the carrier or the fulfillment partner to help reach a resolution.
Failed Delivery or Incorrect Address
Entering a delivery address that is complete and correct when checking out is the customer's responsibility.
If a package cannot be delivered, or is returned to us, because the address supplied at checkout was incorrect, incomplete, or otherwise unusable, please reach out so we can help resolve it.
When a reshipment is possible, we will let you know what we need from you. Additional shipping charges may apply when a package must be sent out again due to inaccurate or incomplete information provided when the order was placed.
If you spot an address mistake soon after placing your order, let us know right away — after fulfillment has started or the package has already left our facility, we cannot promise the address can still be revised.

Return and Refund Policy
Return and Refund Policy
Last Updated: October 27, 2026
VellureCase backs every purchase with a 90-day return period, meaning you may request a return at any point within 90 days of the date your order was recorded as delivered to the address supplied at checkout. Regardless of what brings you to this decision, the guidance below explains which items qualify, how a request moves from start to finish, and what you can expect at each stage.
This policy applies to phone cases purchased directly through VellureCase.
Eligibility for Returns
Phone cases — whether defective or non-defective — qualify for return once the requirements below are satisfied, no matter the reason prompting the request.
For a return to be approved, the item needs to satisfy each of the following points:
- The case must be unused and remain in its original condition.
- It has to be returned in its original packaging — please hold onto the box and inserts until the return has been completed.
- You must provide proof of purchase or a valid VellureCase order number.
- Your request needs to reach us within 90 days of delivery.
- A return authorization issued by our team is required before you ship anything.
Packages sent before that authorization is granted run the risk of being turned away or stalled during processing, so please hold off until we confirm. Covering these points from the start allows our team to handle your request without extra delay.
How to Start a Return
Initiating a return begins with contacting our support team:
Email: support@vellurecase.com
Include your order number, the case you'd like to return, and the reason for the request, which helps us act on it right away.
Once our team reviews and clears the request, we'll forward return instructions together with the address to ship it to.
Every return request must be submitted within a 90-day span calculated from the recorded delivery date of your order.
Return Shipping Costs
With a standard return — for example, a change of mind or an order placed in error — the customer covers the return shipping fee. This keeps the process uniform for every standard request that comes in.
Should your case show up damaged, defective, or different from your order, contact us and we'll investigate the matter. Once the issue is verified and the return approved, VellureCase absorbs the return shipping expense on the customer's behalf.
Please wait for support to provide return instructions before mailing anything, as items sent early may face delays.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
It's worth examining your case right after it arrives, before it sees any use.
Should it prove to be damaged, defective, or incorrect, notify us within 48 hours of delivery so the matter can be handled while everything is still recent.
When contacting us, provide your order number along with a description of what went wrong. We may request photos or additional information to verify the situation and determine the best resolution.
After reviewing the materials you've sent, we'll advise you on the next steps and how things will move forward.
Non-Returnable Items
Certain products fall outside what this policy covers:
- Gift cards
- Items labeled final sale when purchased
Should any product carry additional return conditions, we'll make them clear on the relevant product page or during checkout, so you won't encounter surprises later.
Refund Timeline
Once your approved return reaches our facility, our team verifies it against the requirements in this policy before proceeding further.
Inspections are generally completed within 5–7 business days after we receive the returned item.
Once approved, a refund is credited back to the payment method originally used for the order, within 10 business days of that confirmation.
Your card issuer or bank might need extra time beyond that before the money reaches your account, since that final part of the process sits outside what we control.
If 15 business days go by after your refund's approval was confirmed with nothing to show for it, contact us and we'll get to the bottom of it without delay.
Exchanges
A qualifying case may be exchanged for a different one within 90 days of delivery, provided it fulfills the same requirements described above for standard returns.
To arrange an exchange, send an email to support@vellurecase.com with your order number and what you would like instead.
After we sign off on it, we'll guide you through sending back the original item while your replacement is prepared and sent out.
What we're able to provide hinges on current stock and model availability when we process your request. If the item you'd like isn't on hand, our team will let you know what else is available.
Return Address
After approval, please send returns to the U.S. returns facility designated below:
U.S. Returns Address: 526 Gulf Ave, Staten Island, NY 10314, United States
This location serves as both our U.S. fulfillment and approved returns address, so only use it once our team has given confirmation.
Avoid mailing anything back without checking in with us beforehand — the specific address and any handling instructions are shared once your return authorization has been issued.
A case shipped back on your own, without completing the authorization step first, cannot be processed by our team.

Whatever brought you to this page — following up on an order you already placed, weighing a phone case before buying it, a question about delivery timing, a return or a refund, how payment is handled, or anything else tied to the store — our support team's goal is to get you a clear answer with as little friction as possible.
Rather than spreading contact options across many channels, we keep things to a small, deliberate set of methods, so your message reaches the right person on the first try instead of being passed from one desk to another.
Further along this page you will find the pages customers ask about most, an outline of how our support process actually runs, and, toward the bottom, the complete set of contact details for VellureCase.

Customer Support
Looking for assistance? Use whichever detail is listed toward the bottom of this page, or send your question directly through our Contact Form, and a member of our team will take it from there.
Incoming messages are checked throughout our regular working hours, and we aim to reply with an answer suited to what you actually asked rather than a stock response, whether the topic is a policy detail, an order already underway, or something you would like clarified before you buy.
When your note relates to a specific order, adding the email address you used at checkout along with your order number lets our staff pull up the correct file right away, which generally means a quicker, more accurate reply, since no time is spent asking you to confirm what you purchased.
Wondering about a shipment already on its way? Checking our Track Your Order page first may hand you an answer sooner than waiting for a reply, particularly outside our listed hours.
Every message sent to us is read, and we work to resolve each one inside the response window given below, even on those occasions when a question needs a bit more digging on our part before we can offer a reliable answer.
Unsure where to begin? Starting with the Contact Form is always a sound first step — our team will direct you to the right policy or page from there, even if your question ultimately belongs somewhere else.

About Us
About Us
VellureCase exists for one reason: to make phone cases that suit the way people actually live with their devices, not how they look on a showroom shelf. Every piece pairs steady protection with a restrained aesthetic, and every listing states compatibility plainly, so a shopper never has to guess what they are ordering.
A phone rarely leaves its owner's side. It is there for work calls, errands, photographs, commutes, and dozens of small moments in between. We shape our lineup around that constant presence, favoring cases that shield the handset without making it heavier, clumsier, or less pleasant to carry.
VellureCase assembles a curated set of case styles chosen for daily usefulness, a modern silhouette, and an exact fit for each handset. Inside that assortment, customers can find a finish and character suited to their particular model and to their own taste.
Our view of a good shopping experience is straightforward: clear product information, policies that are easy to locate, and a support line that actually answers. Keeping that experience free of friction guides nearly everything we do, from how a listing gets written to how a reply to a customer gets phrased.
At present, VellureCase serves customers across the United States, and our fulfillment and customer care are built entirely around that single market.
VellureCase is run by QUANTUMEDGE SOLUTIONS LIMITED, a company incorporated and headquartered in Hong Kong.
Our Background
The idea for VellureCase came from an everyday annoyance: shopping for a phone case too often means murky compatibility notes, listings that contradict one another, or copy that talks around the product instead of describing it. That annoyance is exactly why we decided to build this store differently from the start.
Before completing a purchase, a customer should already know what a case looks like, which phone models it is made for, and what it actually offers someone who carries it every day, without needing to hunt across several pages to assemble that picture for themselves.
We built VellureCase to close that gap. We favor uncluttered product pages, compatibility spelled out in plain terms, descriptions that do not oversell, and policies that stay consistent every single time, whether this is a customer's first order or their tenth.
What we are after is simple: shoppers should be able to explore the different case designs, land quickly on the version made for their device, weigh the details that actually matter, and understand what follows, from placing the order through delivery to any question raised afterward.
Our Mission
VellureCase's mission is to offer phone cases that combine real, day-to-day protection with a contemporary look, paired with product information a shopper can take in at a glance, regardless of which device they own.
We aim to hold onto a broad case selection without ever letting the compatibility details or the written descriptions turn hazy, partial, or misleading, because that clarity is precisely what lets a customer choose the correct case on the first attempt.
Every choice we make is shaped by practical features, finishes selected with intent, and information laid out clearly enough that a shopper can buy with real confidence instead of taking a chance.
From the first moment a visitor starts browsing and settles on the right model, all the way through checkout, order fulfillment, and any support that follows, we aim for one steady, comprehensible experience from beginning to end, with nothing unexpected along the way.
Our Vision
VellureCase's longer-term vision is to be recognized as a trustworthy name in phone case shopping, one associated with clear product presentation, considered design, transparent policies, and consistent service on every single order.
We want anyone browsing our case lineup to grasp device compatibility and product characteristics without confusion, and to know precisely what to expect both before an order is placed and after it arrives.
As VellureCase expands, we plan to earn that reputation through consistent practices, honest presentation, open communication, and continuous improvement in how we treat our customers.
Our Values
A handful of principles guide VellureCase day to day: clarity, dependability, everyday usefulness, thoughtful design, and openness toward our customers.
Clarity
We aim to write product descriptions, compatibility notes, shipping details, and store policies in language that is direct and simple to follow.
Dependability
Our listings, site layout, communications, and support processes are built to give every shopper the same consistent, predictable experience on every visit.
Everyday Usefulness
We choose our case range around how people actually spend their day, whether that means the morning commute, a full workday, a trip, or simply staying reachable while away from a desk.
Thoughtful Design
We lean toward contemporary case styles built for modern devices, without losing sight of practical, everyday function.
Openness
We publish our policies and company details so shoppers can see for themselves how payment, fulfillment, shipping, returns, and support work at every stage of a purchase.
A Message from the CEO
When we first set out to build VellureCase, we wanted a phone case store that feels orderly, deliberate, and simple to move through, without unnecessary friction at any point.
We worked hard to cut out complexity so that shoppers are left with clear product information, a look and feel that never wavers, and a path from first glance to final delivery that actually makes sense.
People depend on their phones constantly, for work, for staying in touch, for travel, for entertainment, and we believe the case protecting that device deserves to be practical, well constructed, and honestly described before anyone commits to buying it.
VellureCase holds to that same approach today: clear compatibility information, product pages that are easy to follow, transparent policies, and support that responds quickly whenever you need it.
Every customer who chooses VellureCase has our genuine thanks.
— CEO, VellureCase
Our Commitment
As VellureCase continues to grow, keeping every corner of the store consistent and transparent stays central to how we do business.
That commitment translates into several concrete practices that shape our day-to-day operations:
Writing accurate, clear phone case information for every single product page
Spelling out device compatibility in plain, unmistakable terms before checkout
Keeping our store policies simple to find, simple to read, and simple to understand
Making our support channels easy to identify and fast to reach
Laying out shipping, returns, and payment terms honestly and clearly, without any hidden fine print
Delivering one consistent experience through browsing, checkout, fulfillment, and any follow-up communication after the purchase closes
We want every shopper to walk away with a clear picture of what they bought and what happens next at every stage of the order, from confirmation through delivery and beyond.

New orders normally leave our facility inside 0–2 business days of being placed.
Pick Free Standard Shipping and, once handling and transit are combined, delivery inside the United States generally lands around 7–11 business days; the paid upgrades trim that transit time further.
Treat these figures as estimates rather than promises — unusual weather, a holiday closure, a busy stretch, carrier hiccups, and similar circumstances beyond our control can stretch them out now and then.
Full particulars live on our Shipping Policy page.
VellureCase gives you a 90-day window to return an order, starting from the delivery date.
